I crave your croissants, but everytime I wander down to historic properties my disappointment is reinforced. With two people behind the counter, things should run efficiently and provide great service, yet service is lax and sporadic. I am often left waiting after I have paid for my delicious treats while I watch your employees fumble around, serving people all over the place. Get it together guys. Wake up. Learn the ropes of good service. You have a great thing going, let's make it even better by amping up the customer service! —Just Saying
