Money for cats but not for people in need!
Council has approved $40,000 in funding for the SPCA spay-neuter program for cats but yet Stepping Stone's Executive Director resigns due to challenges with funding. So since when have cats been more important than people? What asshole made this decision? Cats need the funding way more than people who are trying to straighten out their lives?? Set a few traps for the cats and get rid of them that way. Who gives a shit. The cat problem is never ending due to irresponsible owners so good luck with that one. Why waste precious dollars on cats when our people need the help. What a screwed up world we live in! —Totally Disgusted
