To whoever runs a certain NS Government website...

Hi folks: I'm pretty sure I could design you a better website although I have no idea how to do any of the programming, but I bet I could eventually learn. Your current website still has no obvious functionality and it looks hopeless to do an online renewal. It's nice that you removed the "the website may not work" message. Also, can someone there even bother to e-mail me back.... I have clicked the "I would like to be contacted for feedback" button and I would love to offer you some advice. (Maybe your feedback button is broken too?) This is yet another reason that doing business in Nova Scotia is like getting kicked in the groin. You are charging me $114.90 for my renewal, with the threat that my certification will be revoked and the cost will double if I don't renew before the end of June. Great. I'll keep trying. I will forward this to The Coast. Maybe some reporter there can dig in and get you folks to at least pretend that you are doing something. Oh yeah... exactly nothing has changed in my business since my last renewal...what, exactly, am I getting for my 114.90?
