What the fuck possesses someone to take their dog to a conference on a hot sunny day and leave him/her to COOK in a car with the windows rolled up all the way. I cannot express the disgust I have for all you stupid fucks out there that do this, and there have been 139 cases reported to police in HRM since July first. That's upwards of 5 per day for the entire month so far. These are people who are so self absorbed that they can't take their beloved pet home before they go to the fucking mall/restaurant/bar/gym.
