I work as a barber for a living. When a customer comes in I ask, "may I help you"? Sometimes a man will be sceptical of my abilities because I am an attractive woman. Ok fine I can accept that begrudgingly, but do you have to actually ask me if I can cut hair? That is so fuckin' rude and dumb I can't even believe it. If I happen to be a bad barber, am I going to say so? Probably not. I am actually an excellent barber, it's what I do for a living and I am very proud of my skills. The only thing you do by asking me that stupid question is hurt my feelings and make things tense. You are mostly greasy, smelly and gross anyways and if you paid a rat to chew off your hair no one would care. —Barberella
