So the gate doesn't open. Fine. I honk. Nothing. I yell out the window. Nothing. Cars are backing up behind me. Some are also honking. I yell again, louder. Because clearly nobody can hear me.
Then you, idiot, come barreling over and telling me that these workmen "Are not going to come help me" and that "they're working"
I say "Look, I yelled because I didn't think you could hear me. I'm stuck here, and all these other people are stuck here, and nobody is here to assist or paying attention."
And you say "Of course they can't hear you, they're working."
Sooo... all those tolls we're paying can't go toward putting a few extra staff on in cases like this so that drivers in trouble CAN be seen and heard? It's not like the bridge wasn't busy. It was a super-busy time of day.
Or at least hire staff that apologize for the issue and for nobody being available. It's understandable. It's not your fault. But your attitude was unnecessary. —driving around through bedford from now on Absolute bull.
