Hoarding Landlords You are crazy and disrpectful!

Posted on Tue, Oct 1, 2013 at 6:47 AM

To my old hoarding landlord you have been holding a personal grudge on me because I had the audacity to stand up for myself and offer to pay out of pocket for accidental damage but that I was honest enough to offer to take care of instead of trying to stick you up. I said I would pay for it instead of letting you run up our insurance costs so you could do a kitchen remodel, sorry that I caught on to your game. When you turn from nice to nasty in a one phone call you make it apparent you have an alternative motive.

I wonder exactly why you refused to give us back our damage deposit? I have proof of our agreement because you refused to return our emails on the endless attempts we had at reconciling the situation. So I recorded the phone called with you when you explained what our agreement was and I have a written receipt for the work. I would trust you if my life depended on it. You are so obviously stretchy! Because I knew you couldn’t be trusted I took pictures of every inch of that apartment and how fucking spotless it was when I left. So go ahead and tell me it wasn’t clean and lets go sit with the tenancy board and review the situation as I am more than positive they’ll be in my favor.

I find it so hard to believe that you would hold anything against us as we were nothing but good tenants and we moved because of the following reasons:
*Waking up to hearing someone screaming like a lunatic about vomit/dishes/ or other random issues on a regular bases including you screaming at the top of your lungs about, rent, vehicles needing to be moved etc. You are disrespectful
*Constantly having to deal with disruptive noise complaints.
*Paper thin doors that do not block any sound or provide any installation.
*Windows that don’t’ close properly and I had to put towels in them to block the draft in the winter.
*No storm door with drafts in the winter (which I was told was being replaced when I first moved in)
*The ugliest smallest kitchen I have ever seen.
*Cat hair everywhere in the apartment when we moved it. *By the way I am pretty sure it was cleaner when I left then we I moved in so you are very welcome for that. *
*950 for a 1 bedroom in the west end for all that??? And now it’s 975 and you have taken your storage away. I find that to be incredibly overpriced, for the product. Outdate, drafty in a building that smells like mold and is surround but all the junk you hoard. Perhaps if you installed proper windows and a storm door you wouldn't have charge so much to cover the cost of the oil in the winter to heat the outside. Maybe if you got rid of all the crap you hoard from all the people that move out of your shitty apartments. You would have a proper clean out. I doubt the house even meats safety inspection with the amount of stuff you are hoarding in the basement.

Our new apartment puts yours to shame and our landlord now are so much nicer. I don't have to listen to some skeeze bag tenant yell and scream and stomp up and down the stairs at all ours of the day. I don’t have to listen to them fuck or play there shitty music and I don’t have to listen to you scream at them to pay their rent on time.

So if you really want to be that petty then I hope you sleep well at night in your house filled with all the stuff you are hoarding because you have an overwhelming need to keep everything and get out of anyone or anything as much as you possibly can.

Next time we’ll be in touch It will be with the tenancy board because I’ve already contacted them and explained this ridiculous situation.
