If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all

So what if I put. weight on in the last couple y aears. I'm happy, I'm loved and most importantly I'm comfortable in my own skin. Then you came into my work and made a huge scene about how much weight I've gained! The initial comment wasn't the worst. I laughed it off and tried to continue with what I was doing. But you just kept going on and on with it. To the point where I told you how increadibly rude you were being and stormed away. What makes it worse is that I'M STILL ABOUT 1OO LBS LIGHTER THAN YOU! Luckily you didn't damage my self esteem too much. A couple years ago I would be devistated by your thoughtless comments. All you did was make yourself look like a heartless monster in front of my coworkers and a few customers. sometimes the best lessons in life are the ones we learn when we're very young. Be nice to people. It isn't hard. —i like my boobs, belly and butt!
