In accordance with the Smoke-Free Places Act, smoking is prohibited on all transit vehicles, including the ferry, inside public buildings, and transit shelters.
Smoking is also prohibited within 4 metres (13 feet) of public building entrances and windows, air-intake vents, transit vehicles, and bus shelters.
4 metres honey, 4 METRES away from the bus shelter. Next time you're told something don't pretend you know it all when you know shit. Yeah I get it that smokers have rights to indulge in their habit. I have rights to clean air and I need to enforce my air space cuz for some reason bus shelters are like magnets to smokers. —ferretgurl
