Tons of Fun - NOT

I wholeheartedly support you in your new "healthy lifestyle" changes. You are morbidly obese, and you want to get healthier. This is TOTALLY awesome! I love you, and want you to be around for a long time.

But don't go around lying about how much weight you've lost and how well you are doing with this "diet" when

1) You have only switched to eating whole wheat bread (no other dietary changes, no smaller portions, no exercise)

2) You have NOT lost the 50lbs you say you have.

I know you need support, so I am keeping my mouth shut about the lying and trying to provide advice when you ASK, but stop lying to yourself and everyone else. —Get your scale checked
