1) You have only switched to eating whole wheat bread (no other dietary changes, no smaller portions, no exercise)
2) You have NOT lost the 50lbs you say you have.
I know you need support, so I am keeping my mouth shut about the lying and trying to provide advice when you ASK, but stop lying to yourself and everyone else. —Get your scale checked
