With yet another blizzard approaching for tomorrow how about letting your employees either stay home or go home early lest they are stranded if the busses are pulled off the road. I know that the massive amounts of sales during a blizzard will hamper your decision as you are lounging at home comfortably with your massive SUV parked in your double car driveway while your employees struggle to get to and from work. I have heard it repeatedly as a "company line" that employees are the most important asset of any business so let's wait and see what happens. —Harried Halifax Traveller
