One popular grocery store chain has these convenient grilled chicken pieces that I love, but it is the worst feeling in the world going to buy them from the chronically overworked employees behind the counter. Just standing there and watching them you get the impression every hour is their rush hour. They are clearly busy, you don't feel comfortable asking for assistance, and when you do they look at you like you just dumped a ton of water into the canoe they are bailing out. And they are all wonderful employees, polite and helpful- they just clearly have more responsibilities than is reasonable for one human being!! For the love of god, these people need back-up- get them some co-workers!!!! —Cringing Sympathetically
