Summit Archway on the waterfront
Since when does a private establishment get the right to board up public property, which we taxpayers paid for to host the Summit, a few years ago, and which we all use, as an entrance to the waterfront? Also to locate portable toilets on either side of the entrance stinks. —mariposa
