I would like to remind all drivers to watch out for pedestrians. Do your shoulder checks, make sure that you are not blocking the entire sidewalk. In your car you are BIG, and you have a shell of protection around your body. As a walker I am SMALL, and if you so much as brush me it will HURT a lot. To often do I find myself dodging traffic when it is my right of way. Rushing will not necessarily make you get home faster. So SLOW DOWN, take a deep breath, so that every one can GET HOME SAFE.
