What the heck is going on with that awful mess just around the bend that goes up up Fenwood dr ? The huge retaining wall that had a lovely mural on it of some halifax seascape , let loose months ago in a rain storm. The building that sits above it looks like it is awfully close to the edge of the bluff. Plus, it just plain looks unsafe. It's a big old mess. Why is it just sitting there , being ignored? Where are the engineers to look at this? —mudpieguy
