Whatever happened to customer service in retail? Especially locally owned clothing stores? You know, the ones were all supposed to be supporting in order to keep local business' alive in our depressing construction filled downtown? Upon entering this popular locally owned clothing store on argyle this afternoon (a slow afternoon at that, I observed quickly) and seeing 4/5 employees talking to each other and standing around I recieved no service while looking around nor when I was looking to get into a fitting room. I was simply stared at and stepped around. I work in customer service too guys, and it's real shitty most of the time. But shit, it ain't that hard to ask one of the 5 people looking around the store if they need a hand or to start a fitting room. But hey thanks for saving me from spending $100+ on half an outfit xo —Won't be seeing you
