Teachers long service award
The teachers long service award is too generous. They should have something in the contract that it is the number of years of service multiplied by some dollar figure just like a travel allowance or a meal allowance. They should be getting a silver handshake not a gold one.
Just discontinue the old system which is based on income and instead replace it with some reasonable dollar figure. —LetsBeReasonable
