Thank you to the employee at Telus on Barrington a few weeks ago who calmly handled the ignorant/rude man who was in line behind me, standing far too close, and kept interrupting her while she was waiting on me. While he berrated her and bitched at her for his cell phone not working, she offered him several solutions. It was all I could do not to turn around and punch him, yet she kept her cool until he left.
