I love that someone had the compassion and thoughtfulness to turn the water in the Commons fountain pink. Pink brings a deep awareness to all who encounter it now. We have all been affected by cancer and need be reminded of the threat it posses to everyone. I have deep respect for the tough and manly football players who wear pink with their uniform in order to support such a worth while cause. I now have more respect for the city as well.
