While in the north end of Dartmouth on the weekend, I spotted a man fall down drunk, not being able to get back up, no matter how hard he tried. "Welcome to Primrose," I thought. I called 911. Within two minutes, three cars and four different pedestrians had stopped to help. Two of the men began helping him up. Putting his arms around them, they began to aid him in his attempt to walk.Then an elderly couple came out of their house, put him in their car, and drove him, I presume, home.
