Why the fuck, in 2011, with all the information and facts we have on drugs (specifically narcotics, prescription, and designer drugs), would you fucking idiots continue to take this shit? I figure I am at least average, if not slightly above, on the intelligence scale. But for the life of me I cannot understand this continuing trend! We KNOW how addictive these drugs can be. We KNOW the physical and mental harm they cause. We KNOW how these addictions continually destroy families and lives everyday. But, people keep making the stupid choice of trying these drugs, then they get hooked and the shit mentioned above happens. Brain function severely declines, your health is put at serious risk and you end up alienating your friends and family, lying and stealing if necessary... WTF?? Wake the fuck up people. Just stop. I am not saying this in reference to actual addictions, yes, they are much more difficult to control. But, if you make the choice not to bother in the first place, it will never get to that point! And if you DON'T know, educate yourselves goddamnit! Knowledge is power. I don't know who said it but it holds very true. And parents educate your children, talk to them, don't leave it all up to society and the schools. These are no longer fun party drugs... truthfully they never were.

And to all the doctors that so freely prescribe oxycodone, 'contin, or any other extremely addictive pain killers, or nerve medications, GO FUCK YOURSELVES. For a few extra dollars, 'cause we all know you get more money if there are prescriptions being written, you're fucking killing people and destroying families, children and ultimately society. And yes I am aware of how long some of these drugs have been being used throughout the ages... the world is a bigger place now, there are more people and evidently more addicts and more drugs! Everyday something happens that makes me lose faith in people. The worst people in all of this though, are the pushers. The doctors that prescribe this shit so freely and the the fucking absolute losers that make this shit, sell this shit, and benefit from the weaknesses of others. Once again... GO FUCK YOURSELVES! —Wishes People Would Learn

This bitch goes out to one lazy ass bully that is living under the same roof as myself and my bf. You might be the landlady's bf but it doesn't give you the right to tell me what I can do in the house. Yes, I am out of work (recently hired) but does that give you the right to tell me that I can no longer have use of the kitchen, phone (looking for work) and shower. You yourself, my dear lazy man, have not worked in over two years. You spend at least 18 hours a day on your computer "working" as you put it but I have yet to see you bring any income into the house. As I have been told by your gf you owe her over $3,000. She pays for your clothing, food, trips, nights out, cell phone, etc.

Oh okay, so you take care of her child. If taking care of him means feeding him Kraft dinner or canned ravioli every night, never bathing him, making him clean his room at 8:30 pm when he should be in bed, telling his mom you don't know where he is when she calls, asking ME why he isn't home from a friend's place when he should be in bed, etc.

Also, what gives you the right to dictate what goes on in this house when my bf ends up doing more to help out than you do cause all you do is complain and I mean COMPLAIN. The house is in her name and we rent from her not you.

You are loud, obnoxious, rude, ignorant and as I have come to learn, you hate being wrong especially when proved that by a woman. You are nothing but a lazy bully and have your gf so damn brainwashed she can't think on her own now. As I have noticed (as well as a few others) she has put you before her son and that is just sick. I am glad I am leaving this shit hole so I don't have to hear your annoying voice, have you laughing in my face, making snarky comments, be woken up at 3 am from you pacing the floors or watching a movie with the volume cranked anymore. —Not to be Bullied

Canada Post: Who needs it? It's time that they got rid of the post office and the lazy whining bastards that work there. All they ever do is complain about how bad things are while raking in the big bucks and sitting on their fat do nothing asses. What alternatives do we have to the PO? Well try email and online banking and direct deposit and not to mention couriers. The post office is a relic, they need to go. —PO'ed

What's the matter with bus #51 in Dartmouth? I catch the dockyard bus in the morning, it is never on time, either late or too early, sometimes, like last Friday it doesn't come at all. If you call Metro Transit they can't seem to find it. —Wish I Had a Car

Seriously, you needed to damage at least 5 cars the other night in various parking lots around the university? I imagine you probably won't even get caught. I really didn't need the couple thousand dollars damage you did to mine. I guess I should be thankful you didn't beat the windows out like you did to a colleague parked ten minutes away.

So far the count is at five cars, but that is only through Facebook, so who knows how many more were damaged last night. You certainly were stealthy as you managed to damage mine and the one next to mine in about 20 minutes. You went to at least three different parking lots.

The RCMP is frustrating, they don't take reports for property damage done on the weekend when the culprit is unknown. Apparently the "unit that deals with that is in Mon-Fri, 9-5". The insurance agency also doesn't do anything on the weekends either.

What is even the point in taking care of a vehicle if it's just going to be damaged by someone with too much time on their hands. Foolish me actually takes the time to touch-up rock chips. I guess it's good I haven't done it in a while since I will need a new paint job now. It's not even a new or expensive car, but it's not a clunker, why did you feel the need to damage it? What did I ever do to you? I'm not even from the area. I parked in the designated conference area, well within the lines etc. Seriously, why my car? Why the elderly ladies and gents cars that you also damaged? —Will Take the Bus Next Time

I hate money. There is so much stress involved with it. Lacking it makes life difficult. The more you make the more you owe. The government rips you off with high taxes then gives all the breaks to only the big earners. It breaks up relationships, it creates emotional and physical ailments. There is never enough.

I was listening to a show on the radio a couple of weeks back. They were talking about how young people should start saving for their retirement because by the time they get old the Canada Pension plan will not exist. If this is the case, why do we pay into it?

The biggest question I have is with the cost of living (rent/mortgage, food, power, entertainment, car loan, insurance, education loan, line of credit... the list goes on) when you are working your ass off at a job which does not pay you half as much as you deserve. How is it possible to find the money to save for the future?

In school I never had the opportunity to learn about the "costs" of life as it was never offered. My parents never subjected that sort of stress on me when I was a child (and why would they? I wouldn't have understood it and that's not something a kid should have to deal with). No one told me it would be this hard. Please tell me I am not alone? What is the "right amount" of debt to be in as a young person between the ages of 18-25? Thoughts? —Monetarily Exhausted

Dear drivers coming from Joseph Howe Drive and the Bedford Highway during the morning rush hour between 8:30am-9am: I know you are rushing to get to work, and you drive this every day... so do I. However, those white lines painted on the road are there for a reason. SOLID white lines mean do not cross, dotted white lines mean you can cross them. I can understand if the line of traffic is backed up past the dotted lines, but trying to merge into the farthest right lane before you get to the dotted lines is only going to create problems and cause accidents, probably with the morons coming from Joseph Howe who are trying to merge left before the dotted whites. Don't honk at me when I refuse to merge until the dotted whites... I'm obeying the law, you are not. If you hit me, it will be your fault because I'm the one following the rules. —Warning: White Line Watcher

Dear fellow drivers, I am one of you. However, I work downtown and do use the sidewalks on a regular basis. Please let me remind you of the rule about being able to turn right on a red light: You MUST YIELD to pedestrians and no matter what, you still need to STOP because it is a red light. Wait until the intersection is clear of both cars and pedestrians, then, and ONLY then, are you allowed to make your right turn on a red light.

3 times this week (twice in the same intersection at the same time) I have been bumped by cars turning right as I attempt to cross the crosswalk on the white "walking man" sign. Do not roll your eyes at me when I glare at you and remind you in my loudest voice to YIELD to pedestrians—this is the law, OBEY it.

Oh, and to the two separate drivers who nearly hit me, an old lady, and a father with his 4 year old on his shoulders on Quinpool/Oxford on Friday, I REALLY hope you read this. Getting hit twice in one intersection within one minute is never fun... —Right to Yield

It grieves me to say that I have really lost it when you get into any crowded situation where a group of arseholes have to stand in a group and either gossip or just stand there STUNNED in the entrance of a venue, doorway or other through-fare just drooling in a retarded (NOT meaning mentally challenged) state. HAVE A LITTLE PRESENCE OF MIND AND GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY, so that more people than just me can pass by. Do you know how ignorant you are, or is this stunned behaviour intentional? That goes for bar room, restaurant, civic centre, library entrances and walk ways. —Ready to Start Pushing

To those who just stand motionless when a bus approaches. Please just indicate if you do not want that bus. How many times have I been on a bus and see it pull up, stop, open the door, only to have you stand there like a frozen piece of art. If you don't want it wave it on BEFORE it stops. It may help speed up our so-so transit system. —Tired of Wasted Stops
