How about the continually changing items on the menu, such as the Pear Pizza, which features red wine poached pear, roasted beet, blue cheese, shallot, prosciutto and tarragon aioli? Or what about their brand new tax-free product line? The housemade chili oil ($12), raspberry daiquiri mix ($14) and tomato sauce ($7) all use local ingredients and are available wrapped up and for delivery if you buy in bulk.
The restaurant is generally closed on Mondays, but is offering exclusive opening on Monday nights for holiday or office parties, so call and book those now. And for the month of December, Morris East will be offering reservations on one table right in the window for groups of 4-6. “Everyone at Morris East is really looking forward to the Christmas period. We’re covering all the bases,” says owner Jennie Dobbs.
