is a Sydney River native, schooled at The Culinary Institute of Canada at Holland College in PEI with more than 10 years experience in the resto industry, including stints in Toronto and Newfoundland.
With her arrival comes a few changes at The Press Gang. For starters is the Prix Fixe menu, $45 on Sunday and Monday nights. You get three courses, salad, main and dessert, and we're talking crab dumplings, Atlantic salmon, pork tenderloin and their amazing tiramisu amongst the choices.
