Local graphic designer offers self-published book as holiday gift

Brenna MacNeil specializes in greeting cards and posters

Brenna MacNeil is a local graphic designer who grew up in western Cape Breton. This year she self-published a coffee table art book called twentythree. She sells her missbrenna products at the Seaport Market from time to time, and twentythree is currently available at Atlantic News (5560 Morris Street, 429-5468), though she sells her stuff mostly through her website missbrenna.ca. In addition she has twentythree greeting cards, posters and conversation starter cards/bookmarks. "This book would appeal to people who like Post Secret," explains MacNeil. "twentythree is a trip through the minds of people you know and don't know. Abstract photography, thought-provoking questions and anonymous answers to those questions."

If you're interested, check out the book online or at Atlantic News soon, because twentythree is available only in a limited quantity. MacNeil has printed 350 and there are maybe 110 remaining.
