"Man rock" band Horses gallop into town on Saturday, December 22, immediately set up their gear and rock out at The Attic. Lachie MacDonald (guitar and vocals), Glenn Barrington (drums) and the band's new bassist Nathan Richards are poised to give Halifax a taste of what they've been up to lately. MacDonald says, "Glenn and Nathan's duo project, We've Gone Feral, is going to open up. Also, Glenn will take off his shirt and give belly rides to anyone who comes out. God willing, we should have fancy t-shirts and real CDs to sell to the unwashed masses."

A new CD is also in the works, to be released on Out of Touch Records. "We should be back to the east coast again in summer 2008 backing a few new releases." Never one to deny fans, MacDonald also has plans for a west coast tour in the spring that should delight those who haven't experienced Horses in all their glory. "Glenn has never been to the west coast, and we feel it is unfair to not share such a delicious piece of man cake to those between Toronto and the Pacific Ocean."
