30 Neo-Futurist Plays from "Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind" created by Greg Allen, Written by the Neo-Futurists

Not your conventional evening at the theatre...

You’ll forgive me if I don’t try to summarize the plot of any of the plays that make up the hour-long 30 Neo-Futurist Plays from "Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind" created by Greg Allen, Written by the Neo-Futurists. There are, after all, 30 of them. And besides, part of the fun of this rambunctious theatre experience is that the audience gets to randomly choose the order of the plays from a menu whose titles are often hilariously misleading, or just as hilariously bang-on. Suffice it to say that there are plays that will make you laugh, others that will make you wince, and still others that will make you think. The show is kind of a high-wire act for the six actors who hold the scripts of 30 plays in their minds and move from drama to comedy in the blink of an eye. There’s a frenetic energy between each play, but the plays themselves never feel rushed. A unique and satisfying theatre experience.
