The SPCA also makes pet adopters go through a rigorous screening process to make sure the animals they are sending out are going to good homes that are financially stable and responsible. Do you know how many idiots get kittens and puppies because they are just "so cute!" and then abandon them when they move, have kids, get too big, etc. etc. If you can't afford $150 for an animal, you can't afford an animal period.
I'm a "good girl" and I found a "good guy". Quit acting like "good guys" aren't just as likely to go for the "bad girls". It goes both ways. Deal with it. Try harder.
Once a bus driver was eating a hotdog while letting passengers on. When he handed me my transfer, it had a huge blob of mustard on it. I wiped it on the seat next to me. Sorry bus driver.
Pedestrians jaywalk. Drivers speed. Cyclists ride through stop signs. SHUT THE F*** UP. Have you any idea how impossible it is to bike in this ridiculous city? I've lived in every province in this country and Halifax ranks amongst the WORST places to bike in Canada. Drivers hate you, pedestrians hate you, the city hates you, it's pretty much just a lose lose situation here. I've trained in the same courses bicycling police officers have to take and STILL drivers treat me like I'M the idiot. No. I know the laws, I know the rules, I follow them religiously. . . and yet. . .I'm always the bad guy.
A bitch board is no place to solve relationship problems. Why bring complete strangers into the mess that is your relationship? Keep it between you and whoever it is that is "jumping to negative assumptions".
