the censorship of this site is absolutely appalling. I truly laugh at the levels that this rag resorts to in the censorship of people who counter bullshit like this with reality. Makes me sick. Fascist pricks.

whereas the result of this trial is nothing short of expected with the track record of the court system in Nova Scotia...i cringe at every suggestion that we live in a rape culture. if we did, people wouldnt be charged and prosecuted when the crown and judge are competent. The victim should have had the crown removed from the case, as i have done on my court case in Halifax recently. The end result, was that the crown had to go back to training, i got a competent Crown and won the case. If you, as a victim have ever felt the crown is not representing you, as the victim in a proper way, you have to write it down, and write a letter to the chief crown outlining all of your misgivings, with the reference material to back it up.

    Re: “Avoid Fuckboys
since the world is all about equality, I am sure if we had a similar network so that good men can avoid manipulative, obsessive, mentally and emotionally unstable women with incredible baggage carried as well....no one would ever have a date. Especially a man.

An old police officer I know had a saying. Better to be right, than dead right. This day and age people confuse right of way with their "rights". Listen here, you have the right of way simply because they needed to have that in verbiage for insurance reasons in the event a pedestrian is/was struck. That's the plain and simple truth. The onus on the pedestrian in the transaction is that they proceed with CAUTION across a roadway. If you are able to write the bitch and express your concern about how you almost got hit, then that's a good thing, keep being diligent on your end and it will continue and allow you to keep talking about your right of way as if it's a safety bubble and one of your "rights" set out by the Charter of rights and freedoms. Pfft

Hey OB, had a "customer" show up 4 minutes before closing time at a government office, I'm not paid overtime. Still met the job requirements, worked a little late, got stuck in traffic and the morale of the story, happy customer at slight inconvenience to me, but not life ending. Oh, worked through lunch, took no breaks either...that's a days work and a job well done in my books
