I hope the project fails - Dartmouth is a great place to live simply because it still exists on a mostly human scale (I've been here about 15 years). The last thing it needs is a neo-Jetson looking building blocking the view, full of aging yuppies and feckless millenials. Stick them out in their natural environment - like Bayers Lake and Dartmouth Crossing, and leave the downtown to human beings.
