Absolutely NO! This cut also indicates we have a Finance Minister who does't understand basic economics, and a deceitful Premier (whom I had voted for after believing his campaign promises... one of which being they'd extent the FTC another 5 years)... neither of which bode well for NS (over and above this FTC cut).
