Correction: Ivor, principal bassoonist, was the first to join Dan Mangan and John Walsh during the encore, although without amplification it was very difficult to hear him. Patty joined shortly thereafter and was followed closely by Dominique, principal clarinet. Symphony Nova Scotia has many excellent, capable musicians who deserve a venue in which they can actually be heard.
