Perhaps this person has realized that you did not have within your own heart the capacity to love another human being more than your need to portray yourself as one who only cared about monetary things in life, as well as your constant fear of not being seen as "Cool". In order to find true love and acceptance one must be able to risk showing true vulnerability. When one is not able to show their true self, the other begins to lose interest as they constantly feel that they have been used for your personal entertainment. Not appreciated for all of the love, kindness, and beauty, that they were at one time willing to share with you. We often project our own feelings and insecurities on those whom we care about. Could it be that perhaps the other person involved could have also seen you as being "Emotionally Unavailable"? One's intellect should not be the only thing in question when the heart cares. It is also very possible that in putting so much distance between yourself and "said person" they just finally realized that they were of no importance to you. Just a little something to think about. As well as that in life it, is my feeling that respect is a two way street. I wish you well in life and in love. Please always remember that life is an unending school in which we constantly continue to evolve.
