I just entered a vote for a stadium as necessary infrastructure for Halifax, thinking I was voting for the Urban Forest Plan as a necessary element of our urban plan. I had not intended to vote in that way, as I don't think it is necessary at all. My apologies for misleading anyone as to my opinion and I would like to rescind that vote, if possible.
I strongly support the concepts contained in the Urban Forest Master Plan. With such a number of environmental threats facing us, it is essential that we support every means to support continuing life: especially in our beautiful municipality of Halifax as a small but essential part of life on this planet.
