A Lightkeeping Journey

The Halifax Field Naturalists present Chris Mills who will talk about the history of Canadian lighthouses and his own light keeping experiences as an assistant and acting Principal Lightkeeper on 11 light stations in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and British Columbia. Chris will illustrate his talk with dramatic photos, audio clips of foghorns, and the voices of the people who kept the lights burning for the safety of all.
