Alteregos introduces Weekend Warm-up

Though Gottingen is down one eatery since the departure of Good Food Emporium to Windsor Street, the Halifax Backpackers' eatery Alteregos (2193 Gottingen Street, 431-3170) has plenty to offer those looking for an evening out. Consider their new Weekend Warm-up on Thursday evenings. For $30 you get a bottle of Nova Scotian wine, house-made hummus, tatziki and balsamic vinegar/ oil as well as olives and warmed Turkish bread---enough for two---with local musicians performing for your listening pleasure. Check in with the establishment for the names of future performers.
