EB Games

So, what’s new at EB Games for the holiday season? You know, something that will really dominate the life of your local game master? How about the new Fable, or a World of Warcraft expansion pack? Or maybe LittleBigPlanet, Dead Space, Fallout 3, Ghostbusters: The Video Game, Guitar Hero 4 or Rock Band 2? Of course, you’ll need a system to play these on. Which is the hottest at the moment? “It’s a bit of a toss-up between the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3,” says assistant manager Courtney Kehler, who suddenly changes her mind. “Actually, the Wii is at the top of the list.” The popularity of the more kinetic game system is partly due to the fact it keeps the kids active, suggests Kehler, and because it comes with so many cool peripherals, such as dance pads. “The Wii Fit is in extremely high demand.” Halifax Shopping Centre, 7001 Mumford, 455-0680
