Owner Ian Hurst says Nectar is constantly reviewing its food offerings, and the menu is in evolution every six months. “Our servers and our kitchen under chef David Clarke are all true professionals and bring their A-game every day,” says Hurst. The restaurant is also always augmenting great food with events and offers, such as Bring Your Own Wine Tuesdays (with no corkage fee), Vegan Wednesdays and Darkside Jazz Sundays. Nectar is also introducing an artist in residence program, called Nect-Art. “First and foremost, though, it is always about the food,” says Hurst. “We strive to serve the freshest and the best of our local bounty with an artistic fliar.”
