Kuato gets loud and weird, and the band thanks you for coming along for the ride. “We just appreciate anyone who actually takes the time to digest our music,” says drummer Josh Pothier. “At a time when people’s attention spans are getting shorter and shorter it’s great having people willing to give us both their time and their ears to destroy.” This April, Kuato will work on its debut full-length album, a concept piece with songs based on the Acadian expulsion, and the band will follow that up with a show at Michael’s Bar and Grill on May 11.
