This is what makes Ray’s falafels the best in Halifax. “Everything is fresh and everything is homemade,” says Ray, who serves his falafels in a pita with tomatoes, pickles and a fresh sprig of parsley. He won’t give away the secret to his special sauce, but he’s happy to keep dishing it out for lunch, or for your wedding—he caters, too.
