The seesaw has tipped for the category of Best Fine Dining, with the upscale, modern sophistication of Bish winning out over the old world charm of last year’s winner (and sister eatery) da Maurizio. No doubt owners Stephanie and Maurizio Bertossi’s attention to details—both front and back of the house—is what makes their restaurants so fine, and so loved by you. Bish has the cosmopolitan feel of a “big city” restaurant. The service is outstanding, as is the food.
