For six years the north end pizzeria has owned this category with Coast readers. Pizza maker Nick MacLean says there are a few favourite pies that fly out the door---they do a brisk eat in, take out and delivery service, too. “The most popular is probably the roasted garlic with sautéed mushrooms,” he says. “We make probably about 15 a day.” Also ever-popular is the “Bianco and Stefano,” with mozzarella, onion, ricotta, parsley, parmesan, romano, tomatoes and lemon.
