Best Real Estate Agent

Gold Winner Robert Scanlan

Silver Winner Rosie Porter

Bronze Winner James Dwyer

The best piece of advice Rob Scanlan has for families looking to buy their first home is actually to think about their second and third homes. Re-sale is king in this market. “The average is five-to-seven [years] to be in a house,” says this year’s gold winner for Best Real Estate Agent. “They know in five-to-seven years they’re going to be able to upgrade.” When those homeowners do decide to flip it and quit it, they’ve already got Scanlan’s card.
