D5R head honcho Josh Hogan has been plugging away on his metal grind for a while, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed, by the voters in this survey especially. “It’s a huge honour for the fifth year in a row to be voted record label of the year by the readers of The Coast. The fact I can still operate a label and release obscure east coast metal albums in 2014 is an honour,” he says. Coming up next are releases from Black Moor, Orchid’s Curse and Death Valley Driver, and if you can’t possibly wait, cop the newest split from Anthesis and Cavern out now.
