I guess when you’ve been around as long as the Five Fish, you must be doing something right. I still remember their Atlantic Salmon La Have, a melt-in-your-mouth salmon fillet cooked en papillote (in parchment paper) with capers, red onion and smoked salmon. The menu is a little edgier than it used to be, but old favourites like the all-you-can-eat mussel and salad bar are still there, and that’s what keeps us coming back.
