“We like to think we serve happiness,” Jocelyn Melanson, director of human resources and talent development at Spirit Spa says. She adds that high-end products and cutting-edge treatments, like LED lightwave treatments and osteopathy, are always being added to the menu of services at Spirit. “Our culture is very prominent. Teamwork is important, our team is passionate, we’re always trying to innovate,” Melanson continues. “There’s a lot of spas out there in Halifax so we’re thankful that our customers continue returning to us.”
