The idea for the business came from when co-owners Aidan Brunn and Jen Laughlin began living gluten-free lifestyles after Brunn was diagnosed with celiac disease, and gluten-free options were tough to find. So they slapped on their aprons and Schoolhouse Gluten-Free Gourmet was born!
