Half of the job is making the food taste good. The other, making it *look* good. And manager Michelle Zhong and the rest of the Talay Thai staff do both with intricate class. The pad thai is a big hit, along with their cashew chicken. It’s not just the food that looks fantastic. They take plate garnishing to another level with certain dishes complimented by carved tomato roses, swans whittled from radishes and carrots and red pepper floral designs. All of which is finely placed on a bed of bean sprouts and lettuce. Simply looking at the work gone into presenting the food is worth a visit.
