The one restaurant in town to employ a wine director, you can see that Seven takes its wines very seriously and it continues to own any category that includes merlot, chardonnay, riesling, cabernet sauvignon, pinos gris, sangiovese and so on. New wines keep on coming into the bar and the staff can make recommendations, so if you are a regular you can always expect new and interesting flavours. Hey, even if you aren't a regular, that's true.
