When: Sat., June 6, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. 2015
A 10km bike ride where participants will learn bike safety and trail etiquette. Participants will also receive important health guides regarding exercise and healthy eating. Individuals will have the opportunity to reflect on their own personal health goals and how to include biking into their weekly regimen. Held at the BLT Trail Parking Lot on Lakeside Park Drive.
