Brindi should die

I believe that Brindi should be euthanized. Rogier is tying up our legal system.

I commend Lezlie Lowe for her piece on the plight of Brindi and her owner, Francesca Rogier. I’m an animal lover and the owner of two large mixed-breed dogs, both rescue animals, and I empathize with Rogier. That being said, I believe that Brindi should be euthanized. Rogier is tying up our legal system and throwing money away---both hers and taxpayers’. The bottom line is that a dog has repeatedly hurt others, and there are laws and a responsibility to protect other dogs and humans from that same fate. Poor Brindi continues to suffer unnecessarily by being caged up and isn’t safe to be released, so sadly, it’s time to euthanize Brindi. ---Maggie Allen, Dartmouth
